USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to Starpeace Online.

Starpeace Online (the "Game") is operated by the Starpeace Online Team. This Starpeace Online User Agreement and Terms of Service (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and Starpeace Online for Your use of the online features of Starpeace Online. You may review the most current version of this Agreement any time at: http://www.StarPeaceOnline.com

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

To become a Starpeace Online player, You must (a) agree to the following terms and conditions, and (b) create an account  to connect to the StarPeace Online Game server (the "StarPeace Online Server"). By completing the access sign up process (and clicking on the "Accept" button), You agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Rules of Conduct, which are incorporated herein by this reference and all of which (including this Agreement) may be amended from time to time. All future modifications to this Agreement, or the Rules of Conduct will be posted on the official Starpeace Online website at http://www.starpeaceonline.com (the "Official StarPeace  Online Website"). Your continued use of StarPeace Online constitutes Your binding acceptance of this Agreement, the Rules of Conduct, including any modifications made by the StarPeace Online Team. You will be deemed to have consented to any and all modifications to such agreements upon Your first connection to the online features of StarPeace Online. In addition, by accepting this Agreement, You agree to regularly review the Official StarPeace Online Website, including any postings or other information on such Official StarPeace Online Website concerning this Agreement and/or the Rules of Conduct. If You do not accept (or cannot comply with) this Agreement, You are not allowed to access or use StarPeace Online and You must discontinue processing Your subscription by clicking on the "Cancel" button displayed during the access sign up process. To become a StarPeace Online player you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If You are not yet eighteen (18) years old, You may still use the online features of StarPeace Online, but only if Your parent or legal guardian creates your account.

StarPeace Online is currently free to play, but make no guarantees of any kind as to the quality, stability or status of any offered services, the StarPeace Online Team  reserves the right to change the free to play status at any time.

 

  1. DOWNLOADS FROM THE StarPeace ONLINE SERVER

    2. In connection with Your use of, and access to, the online features of StarPeace Online, the StarPeace Online Server may automatically initiate, upon Your connection to the StarPeace Online Server, the downloading of files to update and optimize the Game.

    3. The Official StarPeace Online Website or Official Forum may contain links to other Websites or resources on the Internet. STARPEACE ONLINE does not endorse and is not responsible or liable in any way for any content, advertising, services or goods on or available from such Websites or resources.

  3. DISCLAIMERS

    4. YOU AGREE THAT THE GAME, THE OFFICIAL STARPEACE ONLINE WEBSITES AND THE STARPEACE ONLINE SERVER AND ALL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THEREON ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND STARPEACE ONLINE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED  STARPEACE ONLINE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION THAT OPERATION OF THE STARPEACE ONLINE WEBSITE(S), THE GAME, THE OFFICIAL STARPEACE ONLINE WEBSITE OR THE STARPEACE ONLINE SERVER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR SECURE.

YOU SHALL NOT:

  1. Exploit the Program or any of its parts commercially, including but not limited to use at a cyber cafe, computer gaming center or any other location-based site.
  2. Use the Program, or permit use of the Program, on more than one computer at the same time.
  3. Make copies of the Program or any part thereof or make copies of the materials accompanying the Program.
  4. Use the Program, or permit use of the Program, in a network, multi-user arrangement or remote access arrangement, including but not limited to any online use.
  5. Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute or otherwise transfer the Program, or any copies of the Program, without the express prior written consent of Starpeace-online.
  6. Reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of this Program, in whole or in part.
  7. Remove, disable or circumvent any security protections, proprietary notices or labels contained on or within the Program.
  8. Export or re-export the Program or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

RULES OF CONDUCT

You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  1. Alteration of a StarPeace Online character's statistics.
  2. Unauthorized creation of a StarPeace Online character.
  3. Alteration of StarPeace Online character equipment/item data.
  4. Unauthorized creation of StarPeace Online equipment/item data.
  5. Alteration of any of StarPeace Online's provided features, storyline, or game contents.
  6. Impersonation of, or misrepresenting your affiliation with, any other person, including without limitation, any StarPeace Online Team Member or Support Staff
  7. Accessing or using any Username, Password or Account of another StarPeace Online player.

You are also prohibited from:

  1. Creating or distributing (includes rendering distributable) programs and/or data intended to be used for cheating activities to another StarPeace Online user or third party.
  2. Taking advantage of any bug discovered in the StarPeace Online or StarPeace Online Server to gain any advantage, as well as communicating the existence of any such bug, in any form, to another StarPeace Online user or third party.
  3. Attempting to intercept, decode, reverse engineer, reverse decompile, reverse assemble or otherwise alter any data or messages sent to or from the StarPeace Online Server.

The breach of any of the Rules of Conduct herein may result in the issuance of a warning, termination of Your rights to access the online features of StarPeace Online and/or legal action against You.
